Abstract
In order to realize the goal taking the 3D model as the machining process information carrier, in this paper the method of 3D procedure model assisting generation based on information mapping was put forward. Firstly, the knowledge in the field of mechanical processing was summarized, and the concept and restraint conditions was analyzed. As a result, the domain ontology of machining processing was developed. And the common situation of machining was described, the process information model and modeling information model was defined and the mapping relationship was achieved. Based on the UG NX software, the 3 D procedure model generating method based on the information mapping was described. At last, the process information was encapsulated and the 3D procedure model generating tool was developed. On the help of the present tool, the engineer could create the 3D procedure model facing the process knowledge.关键词
