摘要

Abstract

According to the boundary condition of practical working state and load condition for car transmission, the static and dynamic strength, stress and strain of a new torsional vibration damper under working load were analyzed. First of all, the solid model of the new damper established in UG( Unigraphies NX) was pretreated by resorting to the software Hypermesh. Then static and dynamic structural strength, stress and strain under static and dynamic load were analyzed respectively based on ANSYS software. Where, the static load is working load limit, the dynamic load includes real load of idle speed and running conditions. The maximum equivalent stress of main parts of damper under static load and the stress-time curve under dynamic load were obtained. The strength of parts meets the requirements under dynamic load, but the part of rivets can not meet strength requirement under static load. Finally, two kinds of reasonable methods were proposed to improve the strength of rivets.
