双工位数控转台可靠性试验技术及失效分析
Reliability Test Technique and Failure Analysis of Double-post NC Rotary Table

Abstract
In order to obtain the weak point of domestic machining centers and enhance the reliability, reliability test for the NC rotary table as one of key unit in machining center was carried out. The reliability testing method for NC rotary table was proposed based on the analysis of failure data and failure mechanism, in which the potential fault in a short period of time was stimulated by using the multiple stresses. The testing failure data was analyzed, and the improving methods were put forward. It is indicated that the testing method can achieve the purpose of reliability test of NC rotary table effectively.关键词
