摘要

Abstract

To satisfy the requirements of assembly holemaking on a large suspended panel,a 5-DOF spindle normal posture alignment mechanism is designed,and the spindle′s prompt posture alignment method is proposed.Under this method,the spindle′s prompt alignment in a large area is realized by using image sensor.With the laser displacement sensor,the coordinates of three laser projective points around the hole-point are achieved.By solving the kinematic transfer equation of the normal posture alignment,the inverse solution of control increment in a motion driver is obtained,and the spindle′s normal posture alignment is accomplished within a small scope.The study of the holes in the large suspended panel of a certain aircraft wing-to-body connection shows that the method has such merits as simple operation,convenient control and real time.The method is especially suitable for the automatic holemaking of a large suspended panel.
