不同载荷频率条件下300M钢疲劳性能研究
Studying on Fatigue Properties of 300M Steel with Different Load Frequencies

Abstract
With the ultrasonic fatigue test system with the frequency of 20 kHz and the conventional fatigue test system with the frequency of 20 Hz,the fatigue tests of 300 M steel under the stress ratio of are performed in 105~109 cycles and 103~106 cycles respectively.The curves in 103 and 109 cycles are obtained.The test results show that: the fatigue life of the 300 M steel increases with decreasing its stress level;its fatigue failure also occurs when the cycles are more than 107;the horizontal asymptote and stepwise shape of the curves do not appear.The ultrasonic hardening does not happen in the ultrasonic fatigue test;on the contrary,the fatigue properties of the 300 M steel become bad under the ultrasonic loading.Its defect size and stress level have important effects on its fatigue life.The Murakami model predicts the fatigue limit of the 300 M steel very well,its error being lower than 15%.关键词
