Study on the Process Driven BOM Management Technology

Abstract
Information exchange and mapping are difficult between BOMs which have different product structures and contents in manufacturing processes. To solve those problems, based on analyzing the relationship between the manufacturing process and product data＇s changing, a process driven integrated information management system is brought forward. In order to manage process information, a process driven integrated information model and an information management framework are established. The key technologies including process driven integrated information model, data mapping between process information and BOM data are discussed in detail. The process driven product data management system was developed, and the feasibility of the present method is verified.关键词
