摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the design of workpieces positioning structure, the topological optimization model was established, in this model, the stiffness is used as target function and volume as restraint function, and the supporting materials and parts is treated as the same entity, the multiple component and constraint method are adopted. Then using Ansys software, compared the different results, and got the relationship of the cutting force magnitude and direction, the optimized parameters and system stiffness and distortion. The results for cutting process optimization has certain effect.
