碳纳米管双层纸基摩擦材料研究
Study of the Two-layer Paper-based Friction Materials Containing Carbon Nanotubes as Friction-layer

Abstract
The perform of support-layer of paper-based friction material was fabricated by wet forming process, then coated by carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on surface as the friction-layer in accordance with the principle of functional design to achieve two-layer paper-based friction materials. The morphology, heat resistance and friction and wear properties of the two-layer paper-based friction materials containing carbon nanotubes were investigated by SEM, TGA and frictional performance tester, respectively. Comparing with the single-layer paper-based friction material, the present results showed that the morphology of the two-layer paper-based friction materials became smoother and the porosity decreased. The heat resistance was improved slightly. The torque value was higher in the middle stage of brake and changed slightly in the end. The dynamic coefficient of friction and its stability were significantly increased correspondingly. The effect of plowing was obviously weaken and wear resistance was improved.关键词
