摘要
Abstract
The Cutting temperature and surface residual stress affect enormously the fatigue property of work-peice. It is difficult and costly to analyze the temperature and residual stress field by using the experiment method. In this paper, the finite element model with two times cutting is established based on the DEFORM-3D Pre-processor. And, by using the material model and cutting separation principles, the reasonable temperature displacement and velocity boundary condition, the influence of the cutting speed, cutting depth, feed speed on the temperature and residual stress field were calculated. Those calculated results has great reference for studying the cutting process and optimizing the cutting method further.关键词
