磁流变抛光工艺的综合效应分析、建模及其控制

Abstract
Based on the key processing factors to control easily in magnetorheological finishing, the influence of the efficiency and quality to workpiece for magnetorheological finishing is studied. Through the work of theoritical and experimental research, the motion relationship of finishing tool along the tangency of the wheel with fluid is ex- plored. A novel Material Removal Model (PVMR) taking the process parameters as the variables is put forward. The effectiveness of this model is verified by the experiments. Comparing with the primary models, the advantages of PVMR model is in the following : 1 ) by using the new concept about the number of the overlapping polishing for arbitrary points on workpiece surface, the shift distance for polishing area and the cross distance for polishing work area, the material removal relationship in polishing area is established; 2) the function is constructed by the polishing process variable so as to be controlled easily; 3 ) the 2-th material removal function so as to to modify conveniently for the stable and online control z (yi) for material removal curve equation is used for for deterministic magnetorheological finishing.关键词
