摘要

Abstract

The gear is widely used in aerospace, shipbuilding and construction machinery industries. The quality of gear is primarily decided by accuracy grade, the gear grinding is one of means to increases gear accuracy. There are many factors affecting the gear precision in the process of form grinding gear. To form grinding gears, for exam- ple, the factors include the cross-section of variable wheel, the error of wheel mounting angle, the error of center distance of the grinding wheel and work-piece and the error of grinding wheel translation were analyzed to find the factors affecting the law of error of the tooth profile. The results could be used to the design and manufacture of the large module CNC gear profile grinder and improve the gear precision.
