摘要

Abstract

A burner is important for producing cement.Its performance has great impact on the cost and quality of the cement it produces.This paper uses the softwares of UG and Fluent to establish the 3-dimensional model of the 4-channel coal burner and generate its structural mesh.It also uses the realizable κ-ε turbulence model and the simple algorithm to study and simulate the changes in the inner flow field of the 4-channel coal burner,thus obtaining the contours of the flow field which agree with the actual conditions.The realizable κ-ε model is feasible and the simulation results are reliable.This study sheds some light on improving the structure of a 4-channel coal burner and optimizing its parameters.
