龙门铣床立柱结构的有限元分析与拓扑优化
Finite Element Analysis and Topology Optimization for the Gantry Milling Machine Column Structure
摘要
Abstract
Regarding the large mass of some type of Gantry Milling machine column,this paper adopts Parametric Design Language APDL to set up finite element model and make statics analysis according to the limit working conditions of the Gantry Milling machine column.Based on the statics analysis,the topology optimization method of column structure is proposed,and the optimal design method is established to minimize the weight.The finite element analysis is made again to analyze the optimized column structure for verification.The result of analysis indicates that compared with the traditional design made through experience,weight of column designed by topology optimization method can reduce 10%.Moreover,the critical displacement and maximum stress are not affected for achieving the design of light column.关键词
