摘要

Abstract

In this paper the cathode structure design and experimental research in electrochemical machining of cascade channels were carried out.The characteristics of flowing field in electrochemical machining were investigated and the different outlet placements were designed.The flowing fields of cathodes with different structures were simulated by finite element method and the results showed that the tubular structure using multi-line holes and gradual changing pitches could make the flowing field more steadily.The simulation results were verified by experiments.
