Abstract
First-order natural frequency is an important indicator to measure the structural dynamic characteristics and the dynamic characteristics of a grinding machine depend on the natural frequencies of its large parts. In this paper, the hot-fix multi-head milling machine is designed for the surface processing of hot fix rhinestone, and the dynamic characteristic of hot-fix multi-head milling machine has been analyzed. The natural frequencies of great parts such as column and grinder bed were raised by optimizing structures in order to improve the dynamic perform- ance of hot-fix multi-head milling machine, avoiding the resonance phenomenon during its working process. Final- ly, the model analysis of the optimization structure the hot-fix multi-head is feasible. machine optimized has been conducted and it turn out that关键词
