我电厂600MW超临界直流锅炉采用双进双出钢球磨煤机正压直吹式制粉系统。机组在投产后曾多次发生锅炉制粉系统爆炸事故，严重影响锅炉的安全稳定运行。通过分析，磨煤机死角积粉、分离器内锥体及回粉管堵粉、PC管磨穿积粉自燃是其着火爆炸的主要原因，为此改变磨煤机结构并提出制粉系统运行调整的控制要点。
In a 600 MW power plant, a supercritical directly flow boiler, with double-in-double-out ball pulverizing mill and positive-pressure direct-fired pulverizing system, has exploded many times since it is put into operation, imperiling to the safety and stability of the boiler.
