湖北海棠MhPR10多基因家族成员的特征分析
Characteristic Analysis of MhPR10 Multigene Family in Hubei Provincial Malus hupehensis

Abstract
Taking the total cDNA library of Hubei provincial Malus hupehensis treated by salicylic acid (SA) as templates, its PRIO multigene family was amplified by PCR technology, the sequences and their expression characteristics were analyzed by using bioinformatics method. The results revealed that 16 PR\0 gene sequences were isolated, their coding regions all were 477 bp in length, encoding 159 amino acids, their molecular weights were from 17.53 to 17.85 kDa, and the isoelectric points were 5.06 ~6.40. These 16 genes were classified into 6 subclasses according to the analyses of their similarity and phylogenetics. The three - dimensional stere-ochemical structures of the proteins in these 6 subclasses were predicted by using SWISS - MODEL software, it was found that each MhPR10 subclass protein contained 2α- helices and 7 β - folds. The expression prediction results showed that MhPRXO genes might be constitutively expressed in various organs, and induced by SA, pathogens and plant - eating insects. As a consequence, MhPRXO genes were maybe involved in plant growth and development, and played a very important role in the resistance to biotic stress and abiotic stress.关键词
