油棕叶斑病的病原鉴定及其生物学特性
Identification and Biological Characteristics of Pathogen of Leaf Spot in Oil Palm, (Elaeis guineensis Jacq)

Abstract
A pathogen causing the leaf spot disease of Elaeis guineensis Jacq was isolated and identified by ITS sequence analysis, and its biological characteristics were studied in this paper. The results showed that the pathogen was identified as Phomopsis sp. In Deuteromycotina, its conidiophore was oval or round in shape, and light brown or deep brown in color. Potato dextrose agar medium (PDA) was the optimum medium for its mycelial growth, followed by carrot agar medium (CDA) and oat agar medium (OMA). The proper temperature for its mycelial growth ranged from 10 °C to 30 °C , but the optimum temperature was 25 t. The suitable pH - value was 7.0. For the mycelial growth of this pathogen, the optimum carbon source and nitrogen source were glucose and tryptone respectively, and the lethal temperature to Phomopsis sp. Was 50 °C.关键词
