Abstract
Starting with discussing the connotation of science and technology secrecy, the author analyzes the severe situation of science and technology secrecy and the existent problems in deciding secrecy, expounds the advantages of secrecy - deciding in the newly - revised secrecy act, and then points out 5 suggestions on strengthening the secrecy and secrecy - deciding of science and technology.关键词
