摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the factors which restricted the development of the general farmland mortgage loan, this paper explored the feasibility of establishing rural land joint - stock cooperation and putting in for mortgage loan from the financial institutions by using the land of the cooperation as the pawn. The conclusion was that this financing approach could not only resist the individual loan risk, but also make the farmland resources be allocated optimally. But in its actual operation, some guarantee measures needed to be provided by the government.关键词
