Selective Transfer of Labor Force, Human Capital and Agricultural Production of China
摘要
Abstract
According to the difference in the return rate of human capital between urban department and rural department, the paper divided the transfer of labor force into 3 stages, and primarily explored the action mechanism of human capital in agricultural production at different stages. The results showed that the restrictive function of the selective transfer of labor force on the agricultural production had become increasingly prominent, along with the continuing advance of the selective transfer of labor force and the continuous increase in the sensitivity of modern agricultural technologies to human capital.关键词
