密集烘烤中不同温度和湿度调控对中部烟叶品质的影响
Effects of Different Temperature and Humidity during Intensive Curing on Quality of Flue -cured Middle Tobacco Leaves

Abstract
The effects of different temperature and humidity during the intensive curing on the quality of flue - cured middle tobacco leaves were studied. The results indicated that: when the dry - bulb temperature and wet - bulb temperature were 42 °C and 38 t respectively in yellowing period, and were 54 °C and 39 t respectively in the color fixed period, the appearance quality of tobacco leaves was better, their chemical compositions tended to be coordinative, and the content of the degrading products of plastid pigments was at higher level. Among the 21 kinds of aroma constituents in tobacco leaf, the content of the degrading products of plastid pigments was the highest, especially the content of neophytadiene was the highest, and it had the greatest influence on tobacco leaf quality. The content of °C - damascenone was the second highest among aroma constituents. The contents of benzyl alcohol from the degradation of phenylalanine as well as solanone from the degradation of cembranoids in treatment A4 were the highest. There was no obvious variation in the products of brown reaction.关键词
