Analysis of Nitrification and Denitrification in Soil of Cotton Field Based on BaPS System

Abstract
This paper introduced the fundamental principle, advantages and application of barometric process separation (BaPS) method for the determination of soil carbon and nitrogen cycle, and tested the nitrification and denitrification in cotton field soil treated with different irrigation and fertilization by using BaPS method. The test results showed that: at the same irrigation level, the rate of nitrification and denitrification in the soil all expressed a strengthening trend in general along with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application rate; at the same fertilization level, the nitrification rate in the soil expressed a decreasing trend in the whole along with the increase of irrigation level, but the denitrification rate revealed the trend of first decrease and then rising.关键词
