Numerical Simulation of Parameters on Cutting Force in High-Speed Hard Cutting
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, a finite clement model of high - speed cutting for hardened steel is created. By Johnson - Cook (JO materials model and JC fracture criterion, the chip formation is simulated. Also the influence of parameters such as the cutting depth, the tool rake angle, the fillet radius of the tool on cutting force is investigated.关键词
