摘要

Abstract

A kind of 8 - bit CMOS digital - analog converter based on inverted R - 2R ladder architecture is designed. The input mode of digital -analog converter adopts parallel - input, and the output mode adopts analog current - output. Voltage reference adopts CMOS bandgap reference source circuit. And the circuit synthesizes techniques such as start - up circuit,temperature compensation and current feedback technology. Further more,the output voltage can get lower temperature coefficient through adjusting the resistance appropriately. Hspice is adopted as the circuit simulation imitate analysis software tool, the result shows that the design comes to the request. With 5 V supply, the settling -time is less than 50 ns,both integral nonlinearity and differential nonlinearity areless than 0. 5 LSB,power is lower than 40 Mw.
