The Development of Automatically Analysis and Processing Software Aiming at CNC Machine Tool's Failure Data

Abstract
Aiming at the difficulties in analysis and processing of machine tool's fault data, a set of machine tool fault data's analysis and processing software is developed. On the base of collection of machine tool's failure data, failure data is processed by mathematical statistics method. The probability density curve is fitted and the distribution type of it is estimated. On the base of it,many kinds of distribution models'parameters, including lognormal distribution, Weibull distribution, normal distribution exponential distribution and Ray-leigh distribution's calculated by maximum likelihood method and its fitting check is done by K - S method to ascertain the distribution type of failure data. Finally,the characteristic values such as probability density, failure probability, reliability, failure rate and mathematical expectation is calculated aiming at specific distribution model. The theoretical process and method is done by Matlab language and realized the whole automatically analysis and processing of CNC machine tool's failure data.关键词
