摘要

Abstract

A method based on programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the teeth - separated precision of numerical control (NO rack -ground machine was reported. PLC acted as the core of the method. Basing on the existing rotary encoder of servomotor and ballscrew, a grating scale was added to form a closed loop control. And the high - speed counting module and interrupt of PLC was applied to process the position feedback. The control structure diagram was presented. The grating scale measuring system and the control implementation were further showed.
