摘要

Abstract

As to the challenge for electrostatic precipitator and fabric filter technology.this article puts forward a technology of hybrid ESP and FF precipitator as solution and describes its feature. On the basis of its characteristic,this article introduces its specialized control system. This article introduces system working principle of hybrid ESP and FF precipitator in detail, emphasis states ash removing system on fabric filter area,protection interlock system,human - machine system,discusses the project design of control system. The practical application indicates that this technology has following virtues, such as stable and reliable opera-tion, fault - tolerant function, satisfying the purpose of control integration and transparent factory, realizing the design requirements,meeting automation operation, improving dust collection efficiency.
