摘要

Abstract

In the actual process of calibration dynamic balance,for some rotors with special requirements,the method of drilling holes on the end sections is used to reduce thei weight,but this method can cause the new unbalance by the deviation of ban/centre of the drilling hole from the calibration position. Then we theoretically puts forward a compensation method called SPS( Second Plane Separation) . Finally,through the statistics of the experiment it proves that the SPS compensation de-weight method used to distribute the unbalance mass to the two calibration planes can obviously increase the precision of the rotor's dynamic balance.
