摘要

Abstract

The hardness of the brake pedal of different vehicles is different. The main difference exists in brake system vacuum booster structure. The vacuum level in the vacuum booster changes about under different air pressure. The different vacuum level causes the performance vehicle brake system to be worse at high altitude than at sea level, such that it makes the vehicle at risk. The article puts forward an experiment method of dynamic vacuum of cars,carries out a series for vehicle dynamic vacuum tests under different conditions,and makes analysis of the results. These test results offer the improvement basis for vehicle brake system during the developing process, and it also avoids the potential risk after new cars come into the market.
