摘要

Abstract

The rigidity of ball screw transmission is one of the key factors of machine tools' precision,which mainly depends on the size of ball screw's axial deformation,contact deformation between ball and groove and supporting bearing axial contact deformation, when the ball screws are on load. This article establishes the finite element model of key parts of ball screw,calculates the values of three axial deformations, analyzes the deformation effect on rigidity and then gives a reference to the accuracy and performance improvement of ball screw.
