摘要

Abstract

Feed cooler is a heat exchanger which is used to bring down the temperature of hot feed. As the vital structure of feed cooler,the grids play an important role in supporting the feed cooler and blowdown. In the process of producing and processing, it is found that three grids are not the match for each other, so that the feeder is stuck easily. This paper gets the deformation and stress cases of three grids by field tests. The load distribution is obtained by making inverse analysis by the test data and ANSY software. At the end,the structure of feed cooler is improved to solve the stuck problem of material.
