硫辛酸联合神经生长因子治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of ipoic acid and nerve growth factor on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods Ninety-six patients with DPN were divided into experimental group(n=50) and control group(n=46). Patients in control group received routine therapy, and those in experimental group received routine therapy plus ipoic acid and nerve growth factor. Clinical therapeutic effect and nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups 4 weeks after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity were significantly improved in both groups after treatment. The improvement in clinical therapeutic effect and nerve conduction velocity was significantly better in experimental group than in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combined ipoic acid and nerve growth factor is rather good for DPN.关键词
