雄附方治疗类风湿关节炎间质性肺病的临床观察OACSTPCD
Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis-related interstitial lung disease with Xiongfu Prescription
目的 观察雄附方治疗类风湿关节炎间质性肺病的临床疗效.方法 选择诊断明确的99例类风湿性关节炎间质性肺病患者,随机分为治疗组49例、对照组50例；二组均给予中草药基础方(随证加减)汤剂口服,治疗组加服雄附方(雄黄0.08g,制白附子0.96g,僵蚕0.96g).结果 治疗组显效(PR)8例,有效(CR)32例,无效(NR)9例,总有效率81.6％.对照组显效3例,有效23例,无效24例,总有效率52.0％.二组总有效率经统计学比较P＜0.01.结…查看全部>>
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiongfu Prescription(rea1gar and prepared aconite root) on rheumatoid arthritis-related interstitial lung disease(RA-ILD).
