Abstract
Objective To study the nursing for patients with severe aplastic anemia after HLA haploid allo-hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT). Methods Patients with severe aplastic anemia were nursed according to re-transfusion of stem cells, graft-versus-host disease(GVHD) and complications after allo-HSCT. Results The allo-HSCT was successful. The median time of white blood cell and platelet transplantation was 13 and 14 days, respectively. Skin acute GVHD, intestinal acute GVHD, and hemorrhagic cystitis occurred in 2, 1 and 1 out of the 4 patients. Conclusion Prompt finding and correct management of GVHD, infection, oral mucositis, and hemorrhagic cystitis during allo-HSCT are the key factors for the successful allo-HSCT.关键词
