The research progress of magnetoelectrochemical deposition technology
摘要
Abstract
This paper discusses the mechanism of the magnetic electrodeposition, including magnetohydrodynamic effect, .magnetic force effect and magnetizing force effect. It expounds the influences of the magneticfield on electrodeposition processing parameters and performances of the deposit layer, and shows magneticfield can enhance the dispersing power and the power of covering solution, increase limiting current density and deposition rate, improve surface morphology and physical and chemical properties of the deposit layer, and modify texture and alloy compositions under some certain conditions. The paper points the previous studies are not completed, and the current researches mainly focuse on conventional macroscopical scale level, and the studies of magnetoelectrodeposition within microscale will become a new research tendency.关键词
