Abstract
In high accuracy satellite measurement and control systems as well as navigation and position systems, equipment absolute time delay is one of the main factors that may decrease accuracy. Oscilloscope is the unique tool to measure transmitting time delay from input to output port of BPSK modulator. In this paper, one method improving measurement accu- racy using digital wide-band oscilloscope is presented in conjunction with envelope detection. The measurement uncertainty may be below 50ps. Uncertainty can be avoided resulted in by manual test, and this method can be expanded to equipment absolute time delay measurement of frequency converters.关键词
