Abstract
At present there is little experience of logistics,the formation of structural imperfections and other issues.After joining the WTO the market more competitive level to improve logistics and reduce logistics costs,increase market competitiveness is the eternal theme.China must change the traditional concepts,establish logistics concept;deepening of enterprise reform to achieve system innovation;to develop a unified national logistics industry development plan;the application of information technology as the core speed up the logistics and personnel training,the implementation of human resources strategy.关键词
