Abstract
As one of the main modules of human resource management in enterprise. Performance management used in enterprise plays a more and more important role. Implementing performance management can improve the status quo of the enterprise management, which can continuously improve the performance of enterprise and employee. Payment management is an important component of performance management; the reasonably designed payment management system can greatly improve the enthusiasm and creativity of the employees in enterprise, providing security of enhancing the competitiveness in enterprise. However, for many enterprises, there are still many problems in the specific implementation of performance management. This paper starts from the analysis of problems existed in the payment management in implementing performance management and then puts forward some corresponding measures: To strengthen communication, enterprise salary management in different people and different strategies of salary management system, salary management system to embody inherent fairness and external competitive and salary management and performance management to support the use, employees involved in the salary design.关键词
