摘要
Abstract
Although photographing the gas meter,the wireless network will take pictures to a data concentrator,after identifying gas meter readings through the image recognition program,the gas company control the charging case through the meter reading.This paper mainly studies the process of identifying image preprocessing,number region localization and slant correction in three steps.关键词
