Abstract
LED is recognized as the 21st century green lighting,which is becoming a new energy development direction.LED obtains lot of supports and developments due to its incomparable advantage compared to the traditional sources,and LED market and new applications are rapidly expanded.However,the current promplems are the lack of key technology and market development barriers.How to use the advantages of LED and actively develop a new LED application market,is a challenging task for people.This paper discusses the advantages of LED characteristics,the main areas of application,existing technical problems and the market barriers,as well as the future development prospects.关键词
