Abstract
The paper introduces a technique to detect partial discharge of HV switchgear,and proposes a new technical method of condition based maintenance of HV switchgear based on the partial discharge.To ensure operation safe of HV switchgear,the system has been suggested to build CBM of HV switchgear.关键词
