发酵何首乌的化学成分研究与鉴定

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the material basis for the pharmacological effects changes of Polygonum multiflorum after microbial fermentation, and study the chemical compositions of Polygonum multiflorum after microbial fermentation. Method After a microbial fermentation, Polygonum multiflorum was extracted and separated by ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol, and six chemical constituents was isolated. Result By comparison with the standard preparation analysis and pope analysis, the six chemical constituents were indentified as: citreorosein (1), emodin (2), physcion (3),n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (4),physcion (5), orachrysone-8-O- β -D-glucopyranoside (6). Conclusions Emodin and physcion are main chemical compositions in Polygonum multiflorum after microbial fermentation, the chemical composition has no significantly changes compared with Polygonum multiflorum.关键词
