首届农村订单定向医学生职业规划调查分析
The First Rural Directional Medical Students' Career Planning Survey and Analysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the career planning situation of village-oriented medical students (also named as " tuition-free medical students" ) , analyze the existing problems, and provide some reasonable suggestions on village-oriented medical students' education. Method 100 village-oriented medical students were investigated by questionnaires and 20 students were given in-depth individual interview to learn their career planning. Results The primary reasons that contribute to their choice of profession are financial conditions and employment, which accounts for 39% and 30%, respectively. Meanwhile, these students have uncertain study goals, and up to 79% students do not have clear career plans, let alone their weak sense of long-term or life-long services in primary medical care. Conclusion The government, medical school, rural health hospitals and society should cooperate to guide the village-oriented medical students to establish positive career planning.关键词
