泮托拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗胃食管吻合术后反流性食管炎92例分析
Curative Effects of Integrating Pantoprazole and Mosapride on Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease after Esophagectomy

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the curative effects of integrating pantoprazole and Mosapride on gastroesophageal reflux disease after esophagectomy. Methods 92 patients with gastroesophageal reflux after esophagectomy between 2007 and 2010 were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital. The difference of curative effects was compared between pantoprazole group (control group) and integrating Pantoprazole and Mosapride group (treatment group). Results The effective rate on reflux symptom of control group and treatment group was 70.5% (95% CI:62.9% -78.19%) and 93.8% (95% CI:92.6% ~ 95.0% ) , respectively. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion It is an effective and reasonable way to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease after esophagectomy by integrating Pantoprazole and Mosapride关键词
