大理地区3461名大一新生艾滋病知识态度调查分析
Investigation and Analysis on AIDS Knowledge and Attitude of 3 461 College Freshmen in Dali

Abstract
Objective To inverstigate the AIDS knowledge and attitude of college freshman in Dali. Methods We adopted the self- developed questionnaire to investigate the AIDS knowledge and attitude of college freshman in Dali, used EpiData3.0 software to establish the database, and used spssl9.0 software to analyze the data. Results After chi-square test, boys and girls have received the AIDS knowledge by TV, books, newspapers and peer education and there was a statistically significant difference among the different ways (＜ 0.05) . The overall awareness rate of AIDS was higher (86.12%) and the awareness rate in girls are higher than boys (84.86% vs. 86.67%, P＜0.05) . Different gender had different attitude towards AIDS (P＜0.01) , girls are more positive than boys about AIDS. Meanwhile, there was social psychological revenge among students, boys were more serious than girls (P＜0.01) . Conclusion The college should take different education modes for students with different gender to know well the AIDS knowledge comprehensively, to guide the students to treat the AIDS positive and eliminate the bad psychological factors.关键词
