Abstract
Objective: To discuss the clinical, pathological and MRI characteristics of lymphoepithelial lesions. Methods: Eleven cases (5 males and 6 females) were retrospectively reviewed, in which nine niduses were found in the parotid gland and two niduses in submandibular gland. Results: Nine cases were found benign lymphoepithelioma and two cases were lymphoepithelial carcinoma. Nine focuses demonstrated low signal intensity at T1WI level by MRI. Ten focuses showed hypointensity at T2WI level. Ten focuses displayed inhomogeneous enhanced. Conclusion: Pathology examination is recommended as an effective method for treatment planning of lymphepithelioma and lymphoepithelial carcinoma.关键词
