摘要

Abstract

The characteristic of high-pressure abrasive hydraulic cutting is analyzed and the stress and velocity of abrasive described. The phenomenon of water-fighting and passing through water band is proposed. This phenomenon weakens the ability of high-pressure abrasive hydraulic cutting. In order to avoid these disadvantages, the angle and the style of cutting are optimized. The experiments show that 62° is the best angle for the cutting. On this basis* a drill bit is designed. The field application indicates that the optimized measures are remarkable in increasing the ability of high-pressure abrasive hydraulic cutting and in enhancing the efficiency of gas extraction.
