Abstract
The scientific research achievements in the Shandong institute of metrology acquired during the 1 lth five- year-plan period implementing the Strategy of Developing Quality Inspection business Through Science and Technology were summarized in the terms of institution construction, research achievements and personnel. The research objects and some active measures were suggested in the 12th five-year-plan period. The article points out that during the 12th five- year-plan period, the Strategy of Developing Quality Inspection business Through Science and Technology should be continued to implement in the Shandong institute of metrology and the scientific researches will Promote the Economic development and social progress, build the core competitiveness and must shape its own distinguishing feature and lead a differential path关键词
