水中分娩对新生儿影响的Meta分析
Obstetrical outcomes of birth in water: a Meta-anslysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the safety of neonates in water birth. Methods The Chinese Scientific Journals Full Text Database, China Journal Full Text Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese Medical Association Journals, PubMed, Embase, the Cochrane Library were searched, and were included in the studies to identify randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing water birth with land birth. The methodological quality was evaluated and the data was extracted by two reviewers independently using a designed extraction form. The Cochrane Collaboration's RevMan 5.1 software was used to carry out meta-analyses. Results Fifteen RCTs involving 5119 neonates were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that the weight of neonates in the immersion group were significantly lower than those in the non-immersion group. There were no significant differences between the two groups on the other sides of the study. Conclusion Now there is no more risk of neonates in water birth compared with land birth.关键词
